These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of HeyLinks. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using HeyLinks on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
HeyLinks is operated by Tastemaker Supply LLC. In these Terms, "HeyLinks", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tastemaker Supply LLC doing business as HeyLinks.
HeyLinks is a software tool for backlink prospecting and outreach. It helps you find referring pages, organize prospects, draft outreach messages, and send outreach from your own connected email account to request link swaps (asking a page owner to replace or add a link to your site). HeyLinks provides the tooling. You decide who to contact and what to send.
AI assistance: outreach drafts and related suggestions are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given recipient. You are responsible for reviewing every message before it is sent and for the final content you choose to send.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HeyLinks. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use is lawful.
HeyLinks uses passwordless sign in (a one time email code or Google sign in). You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. One account is intended per user. Do not share your account or let others use it on your behalf without authorization.
HeyLinks offers paid subscription plans (for example Starter, Growth, Scale, and Agency), available on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Free trial: a trial lasts 3 days and requires a valid card. At the end of the trial it converts automatically to a paid subscription. A trial started without choosing a plan converts to the Starter monthly plan; a trial started from a specific plan converts to that plan. One trial is available per account. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged for the trial.
Auto renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically (each month or each year, depending on your plan) until you cancel. Prices may change, and we will give notice of a price change before it applies to your next billing period. Applicable taxes may be added.
Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your account. Canceling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. There are no long term contracts and no setup fees.
Refunds: free trials are free, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel before the trial ends. For a paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase, provided the plan has not been meaningfully used. Meaningful use includes significant use of the plan's qualifications; qualifications used during a free trial do not count toward this. We may decline a refund if we observe meaningful account activity. Refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion.
This section is important. HeyLinks is a tool that sends messages from your own connected email account, on your instruction. You are solely responsible for your outreach, including all of the following:
You are responsible for the recipients you choose to contact and for having a lawful basis to contact them.
You are responsible for the content of your messages, including accuracy and honesty.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including laws governing unsolicited and commercial email and the protection of personal data (for example United States commercial email law, Canada's anti spam law known as CASL, and the European Union and United Kingdom data protection and privacy rules including the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules), to the extent they apply to you or your recipients.
You are responsible for including required sender identification and a working way for recipients to opt out, and for honoring opt out requests promptly.
HeyLinks does not send outreach on its own behalf and is not the author of your messages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyLinks is not liable for your outreach conduct, targeting, or content. Misuse of the sending features may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree not to use HeyLinks to do any of the following:
Send spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law, or send to lists obtained or used unlawfully.
Send illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
Attempt to bypass sending limits, rate limits, or other safeguards, or otherwise abuse the sending infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service, or resell it without our permission.
HeyLinks integrates with third party services, including Stripe (payments), your connected Google or Gmail account through Unipile (sending outreach and reading reply status), and infrastructure providers. HeyLinks does not provide or resell third party backlink data. You bring your own data: you connect your own Ahrefs API key (bring your own key) for metrics, and you may import your own data by CSV. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those providers, including the Ahrefs terms of service for use of your key, and Google and Gmail terms for your connected mailbox. We are not responsible for third party outages, changes, or actions.
HeyLinks and Tastemaker Supply LLC own the platform, software, and brand, including all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide or process through the service. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data as needed to operate and improve the service.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific result, including any backlink placement, reply, ranking, or traffic outcome. AI generated output may be inaccurate. Metrics obtained through third party providers may be incomplete or out of date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyLinks and Tastemaker Supply LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HeyLinks and Tastemaker Supply LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your outreach, your content, your violation of any law or third party terms, or your breach of these Terms.
HeyLinks is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your data may be processed in the United States, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by a reasonable means. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
